Please give at least 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment when possible; where there is a history of cancellations or no shows we simply will not be able to give you our time in the future.
Please arrive at least five minutes early for your appointment as I try my best to always run exactly to time!
Please turn your phone to silent on entering the salon, there are up to five therapists working at any one time so we have to keep the salon a tranquil place for all.
We do not date our vouchers as we believe a treat should be for any time!
For your convenience we text your mobile a reminder of your appointment a day before you are due in. It is up to you to make sure we have an up to date number for you!
Please note that as the salon is not a child safe environment we ask you not to bring your kids in with you.
If a teenager under the age 16 wishes to have a treatment a parent\guardian must accompany them.
