For Dermalogica products we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason you can return the products to us for a refund. Please note we cannot refund postage costs.

If you have benefited from free delivery Reflections reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.
